Project Supervisor

Reports To:
Installation Manager
  • Assist Installation Technicians and/or subcontractors with developing an installation project plan
  • Internal start up meetings for all projects and attends site meetings as required
  • Communicate with Account Managers and engineering of all change notices for projects
  • Assist the Sales Department on large projects
  • Provide reports, documentation as required to upper management
  • Provide technical support to technicians and office staff
  • Other duties as assigned
  • At least 5 years experience in the integrated security industry
  • Minimum 3 years of installation and service in the integrated security industry
  • Knowledge and skills in the security industry
  • Factory trained on integrated security products
  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent level of knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Capacity for strategic thinking
  • Able to conceptualize and think creatively
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Understanding of health and safety standards
  • Must be able to meet or surpass security clearance (CPIC or government security clearances)
  • Understanding of timelines and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office, Internet, Email and other types of programs in use
