Project Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Assist Installation Technicians and/or subcontractors with developing an installation project plan
- Internal start up meetings for all projects and attends site meetings as required
- Communicate with Account Managers and engineering of all change notices for projects
- Assist the Sales Department on large projects
- Provide reports, documentation as required to upper management
- Provide technical support to technicians and office staff
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in the integrated security industry
- Minimum 3 years of installation and service in the integrated security industry
- Knowledge and skills in the security industry
- Factory trained on integrated security products
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent level of knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Capacity for strategic thinking
- Able to conceptualize and think creatively
- Valid driver’s license
- Understanding of health and safety standards
- Must be able to meet or surpass security clearance (CPIC or government security clearances)
- Understanding of timelines and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office, Internet, Email and other types of programs in use
