Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Print tender drawings for sales department
  • Review the job specifications
  • Produce the shop drawings and construction drawings
  • Provide computer specifications
  • Project as-built drawings
  • Technical support for technicians
  • Update as-built drawings according to the service reports
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years experience of similar or related work
  • Strong knowledge and training of Auto CAD
  • Knowledge and skills in the security industry
  • Background in electronic engineering technology
  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent level of knowledge
  • Capacity for strategic thinking
  • Able to conceptualize and think creatively
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Understanding of health and safety standards
  • Must be able to meet or surpass security clearance (CPIC or government security clearances)
  • Understanding of timelines and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office, Internet, Email and other types of programs in use
