Creative Vistas' Subsidiary Awarded Orders for Approximately $450,000 in Security Projects For Leading Canadian Retailer

WHITBY, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 2005--Creative Vistas, Inc., (OTCBB: CVAS - News), a leading provider of integrated electronic security and surveillance systems, announced today that its subsidiary AC Technical Systems, Ltd. had been awarded approximately $450,000 (Canadian) in orders for security-related equipment and services by a leading Canadian retailer. Under the agreement, the Company will provide Access Control and CCTV equipment, plus installation and related services designed to ensure the security of two of the retailer's locations. AC Technical has already installed security systems in a number of other sites for this retailer and the Company believes that the retailer could install security systems in hundreds of other store locations.
The project has already begun and is expected to be completed prior to the end of the second quarter. The award represents the third high-profile installation announced by the Company during the past two months. Recently, AC Technical Systems announced that it was awarded approximately $800,000 (Canadian) in orders for new security projects for the Canadian Government and $750,000 (Canadian) in security projects for a leading healthcare facility.

WHITBY, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 20, 2004--Creative Vistas, Inc., (OTCBB: CVAS - News), a leading provider of integrated electronic security and surveillance systems, announced today that its subsidiary AC Technical Systems, Ltd. had been previously awarded approximately $750,000 (Canadian) in orders for security-related equipment and services for a leading Canadian regional healthcare facility. Under the agreement, the Company will provide Access Control and CCTV equipment, plus installation and related services designed to ensure the safety of the hospital's staff and patients.
AC Technical Systems will install the equipment in two different facilities in the same complex. The Company will work with designers and architects to integrate the equipment into existing operations. The projects started in December. The award represents the second high-profile installation announced by the Company this month. Earlier this month, AC Technical Systems was awarded approximately $800,000 (Canadian) in orders for new security projects for the Canadian Government.
